Why do I need Data Cloud if I already have a data warehouse?

A data warehouse is designed for storage, but Data Cloud is built for direct activation. It connects current signals, such as clickstream behaviour or IoT data, in real time to your CRM, providing the context AI applications need to act.

The investment pays off as soon as your staff are spending unnecessary hours on manual tasks involving unstructured data: re-entering PDF orders, routing service emails, or looking up complex product information.

A traditional chatbot follows a fixed script and gets stuck when something falls outside its parameters. Agentforce understands context through your CRM, reasons independently about the best solution, and actually carries out the corresponding action in your system.

We build solutions within closed ecosystems. Your business data is used to generate a specific response, but thanks to strict Zero Retention agreements, it is never stored by the AI provider.

AI models charge per unit of processed text, known as a token. During our prototype phase, we calculate this usage per action in advance with precision, so your operational costs remain predictable at all times.

Salesforce secures their infrastructure and handles server failures. Under the Shared Responsibility model, however, you remain responsible for your own data. If you accidentally delete records in bulk, you cannot restore them at the click of a button without a backup solution.
